No Refund Policy for Digital Marketing Services & Web Design Services

With that in mind – Before proceeding with our services, please carefully read and understand our No Refund Policy outlined below:

1. Scope of the Policy:

This No Refund Policy applies to all digital marketing services and web design services provided by Traffic9 Media. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this policy.

2. Service Agreement:

Clients are required to enter into a service agreement (verbal or written) before the commencement of any digital marketing or web design work. The service agreement outlines the scope of work, timelines, and payment terms. Clients are encouraged to make sure they understand the agreement thoroughly (verbal or written) and seek clarification on any points before contracting Traffic9 Media LLC for services.

3. Non-Refundable Payments:

All payments made for digital marketing services and web design services are absolutely non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, initial deposits, milestone payments, and final payments. Regardless of the circumstances, once a payment is made, it is considered final.

4. Change/Upgrade/Downgrade Requests:

Clients may request changes to the scope of work during the project. However, such changes may result in additional charges, and these charges will be communicated to the client for approval. Once approved, these charges are also non-refundable.

5. Project Cancellation:

In the event that a client decides to cancel the project before completion, any payments made up to that point are non-refundable. This is to compensate for the time, resources, and effort already invested in the project.

6. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, all necessary materials, action items needed and approvals during the project timeline. Failure to do so may impact the project schedule, and any resulting client delays do not warrant a refund.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:

While we strive for client satisfaction, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our digital marketing services. Results may vary based on various factors, and refunds will not be issued based on the performance or non-performance of the marketing campaigns.

8. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this No Refund Policy will be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to pursue alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration.

9. Monthly Marketing Services Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel Marketing Services providing written notice to Traffic9 Media 30 days in advance of the next payment cycle if there is NO BINDING SERVICE AGREEEMENT. In the event of cancellation, any payments made up to that point are non-refundable, and the client agrees to compensate Traffic9 Media for any work already performed or expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
