Refund Policy

At Traffic9 Media, we are committed to delivering outstanding digital marketing, web design, and consulting services. To maintain quality and operational efficiency, the following policies apply:

No Refunds on Payments
All payments—including deposits, milestone installments, monthly retainers, and final balances—are non-refundable.

Service Agreements
Prior to any work beginning, clients must agree to a service agreement (verbal or written) outlining project scope, timelines, and payment terms.

Change Requests
Requests for changes, upgrades, or downgrades may incur additional non-refundable charges once approved.

Project Cancellations
If a project is canceled before completion, all payments made are non-refundable, compensating for time and resources invested.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and necessary materials. Delays caused by the client do not entitle refunds.

Satisfaction Guarantee Disclaimer
While we strive for 100% client satisfaction, specific outcomes from marketing, design, or advertising campaigns cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance.

Declined, Failed, and Non-Payments
Should any payment decline, fail, or remain unpaid, all promotional discounts, bonus services, and complimentary digital products are immediately voided. Full, non-discounted payment for all services rendered becomes due.
If a client discontinues discounted monthly services and wishes to resume, full standard pricing will apply, and a new monthly service agreement must be signed, as the original trust conditions are considered void.

Monthly Service Cancellations
Clients on a month-to-month plan without a formal contract must provide 30 days’ written notice before canceling services. Payments already made are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, both parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration before considering legal action.
